Divine Dokter Booking & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

At Divine Dokter, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best possible experience for all clients, please review the following booking and cancellation policies before scheduling your session.

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked through the Divine Dokter website or another approved booking method.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • The required payment or deposit has been received (if applicable), and

  • A confirmation has been sent by Divine Dokter.

Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods will be listed during the booking process.

Appointments that remain unpaid may be canceled without notice.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

For virtual sessions, we recommend joining the meeting 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure your audio, video, and internet connection are working properly.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • The full appointment fee remains due.

  • Additional time cannot be guaranteed.

If you anticipate being late, please notify Divine Dokter as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to the Refund Policy.

Client Cancellations

Clients who cancel:

  • 24 hours or more before their appointment may choose either:

    • a full refund, or

    • a one-time rescheduling at no additional charge.

  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally not eligible for a refund but may be permitted one courtesy reschedule at Divine Dokter's discretion.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice are considered no-shows.

No-shows:

  • Forfeit the appointment.

  • Are not eligible for a refund.

  • May be required to prepay all future appointments.

Virtual Appointments

Clients are responsible for:

  • A reliable internet connection.

  • A functioning microphone and camera (when applicable).

  • Joining the session using the information provided in the confirmation.

If technical issues occur on the client's side, Divine Dokter will make reasonable efforts to reconnect, but lost session time may not be recoverable.

If technical issues occur on Divine Dokter's side, the session will be rescheduled or the unused portion refunded.

Home Blessings & On-Site Services

For home blessings, home cleansings, and other on-site services:

  • An advance deposit may be required.

  • Travel fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before booking.

  • Clients must provide a safe, accessible, and respectful environment.

Divine Dokter reserves the right to postpone or cancel an on-site appointment if conditions are unsafe or if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent travel.

Weather & Emergencies

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events, either party may request to reschedule the appointment without penalty.

Divine Dokter will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new appointment time.

Right to Decline Service

Divine Dokter reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • A client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner.

  • A client appears intoxicated or impaired.

  • A client repeatedly violates booking policies.

  • The requested service would be unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

If a session is terminated due to client misconduct, refunds will not be issued.

Client Responsibility

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read this Booking & Cancellation Policy.

  • Read the Divine Dokter Terms of Service.

  • Read the Divine Dokter Refund Policy.

  • Agreed to abide by all applicable policies.
