Divine Dokter Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Divine Dokter, every session is prepared with intention, care, and dedicated time. Because our services involve reserved appointments and personalized spiritual guidance, the following refund policy applies.

Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at Divine Dokter's discretion.
• Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment ("no-shows") forfeit the session and are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect appointments booked by other clients. Late arrivals are not eligible for partial refunds.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, guided meditations, classes, and other digital content are final and non-refundable.

Services Rendered

Once a reading, consultation, coaching session, home blessing, home cleansing, or other service has begun or has been completed, refunds will not be issued. Spiritual guidance is subjective and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, decisions, or future events.

Home Blessings & On-Site Services

For home blessings, home cleansings, and other on-site services:

• Deposits are non-refundable once travel arrangements or preparation have begun.
• If Divine Dokter must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule the appointment.

Technical Issues

If an online session cannot be completed because of technical issues on Divine Dokter's end, the appointment will be rescheduled or the unused portion refunded. Technical issues on the client's end generally do not qualify for a refund, though reasonable accommodations may be made when possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Refund or rescheduling requests due to serious illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
