The rune of the day today is Teiwaz or "Victory" and today, you will claim it as your own. Teiwaz is the rune associated with willpower, focus, justice, courage, and leadership. Some have said it is for Tyr and thus comes with honor and authority. To claim this energy is to move through the world confidently, without hesitation, knowing where you belong and what the universe needs from you.
For love, this means recognizing that love is a two way street. Romantic purposes require that love, between two or more people, must be all people in the relationship being their authentic, whole selves. Relationships between friends and family that also experience love, this means recognizing that the relationship you have with someone is the way it is because the both of you are happy with the situation. If you find yourself unhappy in any relationship, it's time to make a change to that. Walk away or do the work to get the relationship where you want it.
For career, this means that you need to use boldness to your advantage. Stand strong and tall in your knowledge and how you handle yourself. Make apologies only when absolutely necessary. Otherwise, do your work and do it with the confidence of the universe. Today, you are inevitable. You will be unbeatable. You will rise above all challenges and stand victorious against your haters. You will show the universe that you are capable of the power they have given you. You are capable, show that to the world today.
For me personally, it's a day of planning and stage setting. I have much going on and I know that to be victorious in my endeavors, I must be strategic. Victories are won by seasoned warriors who can look at the odds stacked against them and then rally the troops to fight anyway. Whole wars have been won (or lost) because a leader somewhere made a strategic call to do battle in a way that would give them the advantage. Today, I'm starting my online grimoire. I'm putting words and pictures to the practice I've begun building for myself. As more is available, I will provide links.
On to my tarot cards for today. My past held the four of swords. My present held the inverted eight of cups. My future held the four of cups. My obstacle held the inverted ace of wands. And my solution held the inverted page of cups.
As I looked at this spread, I saw something that has led me to push forward in my planning. My past has been about recovering from a traumatic childhood. I've spent nearly 26 years doing that.
And my present has had me mired in indecision. I've felt aimless since losing my job at the end of May.
My future, however, is full of curiosity and re-evaluation. I will be able to give new consideration to who I am and how I move forward.
My obstacle has been delays in forward momentum, drifting without purpose, and days filled with half baked ideas.
The resolution to this is to push back the creative blocks and self doubt and use the rune of the day to claim the victory that I am worthy of taking.

Regardless of what is in front of you, considering your options and then confidently moving forward in your decision for what's best for you is the only way that you will ever be able to be true to yourself.
